		<description>They should have to file a foreclosure with the county. I hope you recorded your lien. If they are paying you they are probably paying the first mortgage.</description>

		<description>If you have the second you need to go to the title company and have a title search ran as if the house is in foreclosure because of taxes or any government entity, then all secondary notes are erased and you might need to see where exactly you are in line on the title if there are any liens (clouds) on the title that may take precedent over your promissory note then your SOL.  On the title you can contact the financial institution who holds the note to find out if it is in foreclosure or not.  But having it recorded should allow you to take legal recourse if necessary.</description>
